The History of Country Music

Texas was the birthplace of many country musicians and now has the country spirit. Texan honky tonk musicians (musicians who perform in the honky tonky bars or use the music style of the bar) such as Milton Brown helped make the western swing (a music style) populair. Modern musicians continue with the different styles of the genre. Other country genres have been developed in Texas.
